Resto Designs 3D printed in high grade ABS, These are VW Golf mk2 front brake cooling ducts which bolt on to your front inner wheel arches, the pipe size is 60mm.
These will only if big bumper cars due to the front lower metal trim. 
You can buy air ducts which go into the fog light location or you can just have a flex pipe going the the front lower bumper grill area to fee air to your brakes.
